You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

The item must be uninstalled, unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Generators that have been installed, connected to fuel, or run cannot be accepted back — for safety and shipping compliance. Custom, special-order and clearance items are not eligible unless defective.

Starting a return

Call +1 (405) 309-3910 within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the reason, or email support@durogenerac.shop. Once approved, we send return instructions and a shipping address.

Warranty claims

The unit carries a 5-year limited factory warranty from Generac. A warranty claim is separate from a return; call us and we will tell you which route applies.
